They repaired the front wall of the masters bed due to water damage when the roof was unfinished. As you can see they've also put in the carpeting.
Master's ensuite and walk in robe plus the door to the hallway to the right. Some leftover carpet as well. We chose an upgraded dark carpet so that it doesnt leave marks when you vacuum or walk over it.

There should only have been 2 larger drawers each side of the counter instead of 3 small ones. But we can live with that. More of a feature. the floor tiles are standard.
small semi frameless shower for small Asian people. HAHAHA. The rail shower head is extra as well as the wall tiling and tile feature.
standard toi toi. out the window, you can see where the neighbour is planning to build a large rooftop patio/balcony area.. so them and their friends will have a fantastic view of me or my wife showering... good stuff. everyone happy.

the side bed has a bigger window but the rear bed has a small high one due to roof pitch.

lotsa lights in the lounge. we'll replace those with recessed downlights with energy saving globes later. otherwise bad for the environment not to mention our electric bill would be atrocious

we will mount the TV there on the feature wall. maybe. or we might just pop it on an entertainment table.. we havent decided yet. we have decided that that wall must be painted maroon or something. ha ha ha.
al fresco and open hall area. it seems there are a lot of lights from the pictures but really the recessed downlights should take care of that
The big question. This configuration is not according to contract. do we let it slide and have them give us a free laundry closet or do we ask them to change it? HHRRRMMMMNNNn.... A waste of their money and their materials but also our time.
Facade. They've replaced the creme colour and panited paperbark over it. Good. If you compare these pics with the ones in the last post they should be different. darker and not at all yellow.

that's the ginormous house on our right. they seem like lovely people form the brief time we spoke with them. they told us that the've already scaled the hosue down so much but it's still quite big. Im expecting that area above the garage is going to be a balcony.
