Painting & Fixings

They've begun to paint (primary coat) and commence fixing stage last week.

Installing doors and Finishing up walls

Some more work has been done inside the house. Hopefully progress continues.


We finally walked over to the small observation deck in the middle of the grasslands in front of our house. Here's the view from it.

You can see that there are still parts of the roof that aren't complete yet.

Inside, the other doors have also been fitted. This here is the pantry door.

The wall skirtings (floor-wall joint) have been fitted. So all that's left is the primary coat of paint!

the doors upstairs are simple flush panel ones that come standard with the house saves money that way. haha

the weatherboard behind the top floor has finally been installed! yay!

Facade Render and Stairs

Rendering complete!!! Yay!!! They'll still paint it later.




Inside, they've put in the cornices (ceiling-wall joint covering).


And they've installed the stairs!!!

Bricking Complete! Interiors begun!

A lot has happened in the past few weeks. Basically the bricking and roofing were finished and only a few exterior elements are incomplete. (Weatherboards to the rear of the house still not installed. Facade rendering will probably be done at a later stage. A small section of the eaves is incomplete.)

The interiors are underway. Once the wiring and plumbing were fitted, insulation foam was put up and then the plaster walls were installed.

kitchen. theres a passage to the powder room and laundry area to the left. the left cavity is the pantry and the right cavity is the refridgerator space.
