WHOA! Big suprise when we came down to the land 2 days ago. They finished putting in the concrete slab!

Driving up to the land we saw a whole mess of stuff.

Cut & Fill done!

Our land has a pretty considerable slope. Dropping from the front to the back. (Front is higher)

So before the house is built they need to cut out some earth from the front and fill in the back to make it level.

The house foot print has been cut

..almost to knee level

that where the garage would be

View from the rear of the house

We noticed the cross-over/driveway angle is STRANGE!

Our land is to the left of the temporary fence. (It seems our neighbors got a head start on us).
Now, note the crossover from the street that should connect to our driveway? That crossover should only be for us (Our neighbor has his own crossover farther to the right)... Notice something strange?!?!

The crossover is NOT CENTERED ON OUR DRIVEWAY SPACE! waaaah!

Now how do you drive up a car through that itty bitty space?

The view from the driveway to the street.

OH NOES!
